Sloooooooooow. Been here numerous times where I was the only person in line. The staff moves in slow motion and always take 15+ minutes to make a smoothie that costs $18. Go to ANY of the other smoothie bars in the area for a better experience.

I had an AMAZING experience at this fine, clean, put together establishment. For starters, the young man(I believe his name was Dario) was very interactive with me despite my many allergies. I hope this young man gets a raise just for his SPECTACULAR customer service, we NEED more Dario’s in this world.

I’ve had hit or misses with this place. The good times were great! But the customer service is off sometimes. Seems unfair to customers. Like others have said in their reviews, they have closed early without ANY notice or update on Google or anywhere else. I like to drive out to Santa Monica from Lakewood sometimes it takes an hour for me and this used to be one of my stops. I don’t waste my time and gas anymore. Really inconsistent customer service. Last time I went there was 3 workers and NOT ONE acknowledged my existence. They didn’t say at the very least “it will be a few minutes I’ll be right with you” or nothing. I even stepped back to not get too close to the counter to be polite. I was patient and waited but I then left. It is so incredibly rude. I get if you guys are busy, but mind you there was no line at all. please acknowledge your customers, that is customer service 101. It was an awful and embarrassing feeling not being acknowledged. And again please be consistent with hours or fix what is displayed on your Google hours. They refused service during open hours, it was not a holiday or anything. Not even a physical sign display. The group of workers just dismissed me.

I ordered to the wrong location - totally my fault. But when I’m paying $18 for 1 smoothie, I’d expect above and beyond customer service. The person behind the desk could have offered to make my drink there instead of making me drive 25 minutes away to the other location. When I asked if she could transfer my order over, so said I’d need to call and get a refund then repurchase there. Again, I totally understand the mistake was on me, but you had the opportunity to make my experience a positive, memorable one and chose not to

I always have a hard time wrapping my mind around the fact I pay $10 for a smoothie, but I seem to be addicted to the chocolate supreme smoothie. It’s so smooth and creamy and the right touch of cacao - I’ll get it for a breakfast or quick lunch. It’s also 547 calories so it’s definitely not something I try to do often. The great breakfast is a good option and will also get you very full. I tend to get that one whenever I’m at the LAX store and want to have something to tide me over flights. The flax master is also a good option and always surprises me by how purple it is. That’s just a random comment, it doesn’t affect the taste or anything, which is also a properly blended smoothie with some flax oil inside or it. The service is quick although sometimes they do take a second to break away from chatting with coworkers to ask what you need. They take credit card and you pay before they make your smoothie. There are some indoor tables but the music is slightly too loud to have a proper conversation so I’d recommend taking your smoothies outside and walking along the promenade or sitting on a bench on the palisades. Overall a quick stop for yummy but slightly overpriced smoothies.
